Why everyone keeps coming back.

Pak Punjab Desi Kitchen stands as a vibrant culinary beacon in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, offering an authentic taste of Pakistani and Punjabi cuisine. Nestled at Lot 112, Batu 1 3/4, Jalan Ipoh, this restaurant embraces the rich culinary heritage of the Punjab region and brings it alive through its meticulously crafted dishes that are bursting with traditional spices and fresh ingredients.

The menu is a treasure trove for food lovers seeking bold, aromatic flavors. Signature dishes like the Chicken Masala Biryani showcase fragrant basmati rice layered with spiced chicken and fresh herbs, delivering a perfectly balanced symphony of taste and aroma that lingers delightfully on the palate. Vegetarians will appreciate options like the Vegetable Biryani and Paneer Shashlik, which are equally rich in texture and spice, providing a wholesome, fulfilling experience.

For the grill enthusiasts, Pak Punjab Desi Kitchen excels with offerings such as the Chicken Tikka Breast—tender boneless chicken marinated in a spiced yogurt blend and grilled to smoky perfection—and the SPL Desi Grilled Fish, which tantalizes the senses with its flavorful marinade and succulent texture. Meat lovers can indulge in the hearty Mutton Shinwari from the Desi Dastarkhwan section, a dish that promises a robust, deeply satisfying taste with every bite.

Dining here is more than just a meal; it is a celebration of culture and flavor. Meanwhile, regular patrons appreciate the value in meal packages, with fifie Nomiii noting the food’s consistency and good service despite a slightly crowded setting.

Some guests have also emphasized the warm hospitality, particularly commending the staff on the first floor for their attentive service, creating an inviting atmosphere that keeps diners coming back. Although there have been minor service hiccups with special room bookings, these are overshadowed by the overall positive dining experience and mouthwatering cuisine.

Whether you’re craving the deep flavors of a matka chicken served with pulao rice or the delicate spices of fish tikka, Pak Punjab Desi Kitchen promises a journey through the rich culinary landscape of Punjab and Pakistan, right in Kuala Lumpur. It’s a place where every dish tells a story, inviting you to savor the true essence of Desi cooking in a warm and welcoming environment.

Pak Punjab Desi Kitchen offers a true taste of Pakistan and Punjab right in Kuala Lumpur. The food is flavorful, well-cooked, and filled with authentic Desi spices. Their butter chicken is rich and creamy, the biryani perfectly aromatic, and the kebabs tender with that classic smoky flavor. The restaurant also serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, making it enjoyable for everyone including our Indian friends who appreciate real Pakistani cuisine. The staff are warm, service is efficient, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and homely. A wonderful spot for genuine Desi dining.

Went for a dinner at here and ordered their Matka chicken & pulao rice, the flavors were simply exquisite. Each bite was a perfect harmony of taste and texture, especially the chicken was soft and tender with just the right amount of spice, balanced with a creamy finish. The presentation was stunning, with superhot pot that made the dish as appealing to the eyes as it was to the palate. I tried their chicken kebab too and it’s amazed me with the taste and texture. The staffs were attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a meal that will leave you craving more, I highly recommend trying the matka chicken and I’m looking forward to try their Matka mutton soon as their food was a culinary delight!

Their food is delicious and I like their Matka biryani. Ambience is much better than other Pakistani restaurant on the same street. Family sitting is available on level 1. They need to improve their service as I booked the room for family over the call however they didn’t provide us because of a birthday celebration.
